My name is Brian and I am the owner and founder of Blue Trail Consulting. This company was created with one mission in mind, showcase life saving equipment and provide the training to use it.

During my time as a police officer, I have learned the importance of proper gear selection and quality training. Without good gear and training, life saving operations fall short and innocent people are forced to pay the bill.

Throughout my career, I have been privileged to serve my community in multiple capacities. In 2016, I was fortunate enough to become a member of the single greatest regional SWAT Team to ever exist. During my time on the team, I was tasked with implementing sUAS into team operations. Over the next three years, I piloted the team drones during overwatch operations, search and rescue missions, and interior searches of structures.

In 2018, I began working for municipal police department in New Jersey. In this role, I learned the importance of quality equipment and proper training for patrol officers. In addition to answering calls for service on the road, I became a Firearms Instructor, Field Training Officer, Drone Unit Pilot, and a member of the department SWAT Team.

In 2021, I founded Readiness Training Group along side two of my teammates. Over the years, RTG has trained hundreds of Law Enforcement officers and civilians on firearms marksmanship and tactics.

Throughout my time as a Law Enforcement Officer I have seen many operations have a less than desirable outcome. The leading cause of these failed operations usually came down to two things, bad equipment and lack of training.
